      Pros

      - Despite being a very big company, you feel very connected with the rest of the employees all over the world thanks to all the tools at your disposal. - Management does not act like a "Manager" but as a "Team leader" - The company very often offers free lunch/breakfast to the employees - Alot of opportunities to change location/job within the company - Very positive environment and you can see that Octave is really passionate about OVH and the services that we offer - You never stop learning new things! - Every team (in the world) is very available to help out with issues - Awesome life/work balance, management is very comprehensive about personal issues

      Cons

      - Communication problems with the French team (english knowledge) - Sometimes new updates to the website/products are applied without telling all the geolocated teams soon enough - Alot of internal communication/tools are in french

      Pros

      Average benefits, trying to build US org, pay is ok for next few months until VMW contract expires. OVH Europe leaders are nice but clueless to VMW sales team they kept and who speak negative continuously.

      Cons

      Re-using VMW management from vCloud Air. Bad move, very disrespectful to OVH founder during several sales meetings. In it for money, no incentives or retention bonuses for skeleton sales team, just mediocre quota to make money? Give the team a break. Surprised more don't bail yet.

      Pros

      The most amazing part you can find in OVH it is truly the teams! Such a nice environment, friendly, informal, and creative. After working at HP and VMware I feel home here. Can you imagine waking up in the morning and feel happy to go to work?? That is OVH :)

      Cons

      This company changes really really fast. Yes, faster than VMware if that is possible! It is important that you are always switched on otherwise you don´t recognize the company anymore! Think that you, no matter what you do, you are always an innovation manager.
