      Pros

      The insurance is one of the best I have ever had and the pay rate is so good I am having a hard time finding something else that pays as good.

      Cons

      management does not communicate with the production staff. They are to concerned with making themselves look good to help anyone else move up. Some managers will walk all over you and do things behind your back to make things happen in their favor. They do not care about their employees life outside of work hours are not what they advertise.

      The pay was decent, some of the other employees were cool. The factory was pretty clean, they are also safety conscious

      Cons

      Working 7 days a week for months at a time, doing mandatory stay over then get hit again for in early, MOL's play favorites
