      Room to grow and quick hire on after 90 days.

      Cons

      Leadership does not know how to lead. Makes the dedicated hard workers take all of the load for the day and the lazy people get to do what they want. Not a good atmosphere to work in.

      Imagine a leader whose entire sense of self-worth is tied to working 18 hours per day in an attempt to overcompensate for having absolute zero leadership skills. Welcome to the world of Finance at PO. Immature, trivial, unable to communicate, overly emotional, anger issues, and likely untreated mental health issues help to summarize the situation. Seriously, I have seen better leadership on a little league soccer team. As you can imagine, those who surround this team are 'yes men and women' who are afraid of their own shadows. Constant turnover. Zero work/life balance. Will fire you if you disagree or have different ideas. No one should have to work like this.
