      Pros

      Well known international brand in its industry (always in top three in the world cable industry) Internal trainings (Nexans University) are ok. On time salary payments

      Cons

      Poor career planning (may vary on your position if you are above certain level) Old and steady minded management in some areas although company promotes "change" in last years. Lack of internal communication, disorganized structure.
