      Opportunity to get engaged with many industries processes and understand decision making chains and units within B2B markets

      Most senior job opportunities are offered and assigned to insiders and internal networks. Do not waste your time if you aim to approach a senior level as the new candidate. Good start for juniors. There is no clear vision of where Nexans is heading. Aiming for big transformation and many changes expected. Not a good place if you are looking for a stable position with significant job security Top management does not care about the future of employees and just implements corporate strategies toward the financial objectives of group, completely contrary to what Nexans exhibits at his site and profile as a committed organization to corporate social responsibility and putting employees at the center
