      Very conventional, centralized, and hierarchy organization.

      Pros

      Huge investment on only good business such as subsea cables.

      Cons

      Too many directors in functional areas like marketing, strategic planning or human resources and they try to apply lots of theoretical tactics which they learned from schools to customers and markets which they do not understand.

      Great place to work, but not without it's challenges.

      Pros

      Above average compensation, generally positive atmosphere, lots of opportunities for anyone that honestly wants it. It's a very cool product to be a part of. Very internationally inclusive company.

      Cons

      Still a lot of standardizing to figure out. Too often challenges are self inflicted. There is some odd dispersement of investment... both in capital and attention.
