      not really much benefits besides bare basic benefits.

      Cons

      The management is lackluster at best. Often managers will stab each other in the back to make themselves look good. Low level of employee morale as well as rampant insubordination to superiors. Employees often say "It's not my job" to avoid extra duties while treating logistics coordinators as dispensaries and janitors. Managers care more about appearances and micromanaging, often ignore problems, care more about protocol and placing blame, and are quick to dismiss critical feedback

      Inexperienced managers who do not follow policies themsleves while expecting their employees to follow. Too many back stabbing and drama within the company.
