      Pros

      - access to senior managers in the regions given the small size - starts to be recognized for CIB activities - safer place than many companies these days

      Cons

      - pays below market - high turnover (especially it seems that new joiners don't stay) - poor technology - no culture (not even a poor one) - understaffed (outside France) - very old school - a French company for French people - despite knowing all that, no change (or so slow that the motivation to change can be questioned)

      Pros

      Great place to learn and progress, especially if you speak French as daily communication with the Paris office is way easier in French. Overall, good atmosphere, some real responsibilities giver to junior members of the teams, learned a lot in a good environment with not to much pressure.

      Cons

      No real down side, maybe just some issues with IT, a very bad CRM, but overall a very good experience in a good company.
