I worked for Natixis in Portugal for about 2 years and it's a company that provided a lot of opportunities to employees to learn and grow. Very good atmosphere and challenging job.

Cons

Start up environment sometimes relates to excessive working hours.

very french with minimal english use, main language is french if you are not french you are an outsider

It's the usual IT company, with a bit more strict rules regarding internal operations. Lots of very good teams/coworkers.

Cons

Work can get a bit stale and repetitive sometimes. Pay is average, in my opinion.
