      Pros

      Excellent office location and beautiful offices. Willing to train and add more responsibilities with in the Human Resources Department along with hiring procedures.

      Cons

      Priority of tasks not always explained wish clarity was made of what was most important by Director. Wish I knew what was going to be most important for the person in this position to strive in the position.

      The people at the company are what makes the culture very comfortable and pleasant. There is an open door policy and everyone is very kind and willing to help others who ask for help.

      Cons

      The way the firm and certain departments operate can feel bureaucratic. The pay could be more generous, but the benefits all around are pretty good.

      - Lack of Career Progression if you are not French. Very French centric company with limited understanding of local markets. The company has been losing money for quite a few years. - If you cannot speak French, you are left out from major meetings and discussion - Chaotic management, lack of strategic thinking. They could spend months on building a system and make it obsolete within a few months. Everything is possible in this company. - Poor bonus and low pay compared to other ibanks
