      I was hired as a developer than a software integrator in IT department indifferent teams. Twice as a consultant. Twice - 10 years between each role - same pattern: 3 consultants hired for the budhet of 2. So pressure on them to make them work a lot and on their companies for leverage. Both I saw preferences between individuals based on friendship not competencies. Example: some are invited to spend week end in the week end residency of the manager OR not favorised to stop work earlier than others because of religion matters: no matter to make work other 15 hours a day. I should have taken a religion. Anyway I did not enjoy and I felt pressurised and underminded
