      Excellent pantry and convenient office location

      Cons

      Management is very critical and fault-finding in general. Feedback often focused on inconsequential issues (e.g., minor punctuality, desk organization) rather than any technical or business concepts. Micromanagement reflected in frequent ad-hoc questions or status checks even when progress was visible through existing tracking tools, priorities were also being adjusted randomly without urgency despite all items scheduled to be completed within the same timeframe
