Could have been a very exciting experience but 10 years ago

This is environment with high qualified people, very intelligent people who knows what they do

Cons

Very poor management , Senior people don't know how to treat people, the communication at the management level is very poor. Senior people who has spent a long time in Murex just try to keep their place and too much money involved so people at the management level are just selfish in order to gain their bonus

Cons

Extremely long hours. Extremely flat structure => hard to go up in the corporate ladder
