      Pros

      Working with some professional people, Interaction with Clients might bring you exposure and a push to another better job at client site.

      Cons

      Too long working hours, benefits and perks are decreasing each year, politics involved in everything, decisions are based on intuition instead of market's best practice and processes and patterns, lack of professionalism at all levels, there are always an emergency mode before each release, etc ...

      Friendly working environment, smart people and diverse culture

      Cons

      Endless work, no work-life balance, disorganized management, high turnover rate, there is always work and it is normal to stay until late night to finish work, endless travels and lots of stress

      Very good environment 10 years ago when it was small and with expert people

      Cons

      It grew too fast and fat, so everything is slow : +lots of inefficient process +hiring very high level manager with small expertise +too many internal politics +very few innovation and creativity +the software is a mean and not an objective
