good exposure to capital markets from an IT perspective good academic level of employees company with several offices worldwide which could be helpful if willing to relocate

Cons

big challenges in the software development which have backlashes on the sales and support side management structure not appropriate salaries not necessarily in line with your contribution, as no real managers have the competence to evaluate you nor the authority to decide about it Still a family boutique in its way to address issues. Aging management team which lacks some vision politics are becoming more and more important in the organization
