      Great environment to work, talented and committed people, supportive management, opportunity to travel and be exposed to multi-cultural environments. Company is healthy and privately own, will not let down employees if there is another crisis.

      - Very competent and positive people at all levels - Great implication and vision from the founders - Plenty of opportunities driven by the changes in capital markets and technology - Very good salaries and bonuses for the industry combined to the stability of the company - Good health coverage - transports and restaurant tickets are paid for

      - there is a lot to learn so the learning curve takes a while - difficult to get visibility on possible career paths
