Pros
Great company. CEO really cares about the employees. There are lots of team events, good compensation, decent work experience.
Cons
Some consulting manager and senior consulting managers are horrible leaders. First they should learn English again, as their instructions are misleading and blames us if we make mistake because of their poor grammar. No recognition and reward despite hard work and good quality of work. Company should know that if employees are not getting promotion and proper recognition, then the poor leadership by the consulting managers are the reason. I love the company, but I wish I never worked here. I have PTSD because of my managers...
