Pros
The autonomy - the freedom to do work at a fast pace and little bureaucratic barriers. The food - there's such a wide variety of breakfast, lunch, dinners, happy hours, drinks, and snacks. The culture - this term is thrown around a lot but Facebook is very unique. it's almost utopian the way people come together to solve problems. not just work but social problems as well. Ex. the black lives matter conversations.
Cons
Contingent employees are treated the same as FTE's for the most part. But you will constantly be reminded you're NOT a Facebook employee. There will be many occasions where contingent employees will be excluded to FTE functions and benefits.
