Pros
I've always used to think that people were lying when they said they loved their jobs. However, now I can truly say that I love my job and can't imagine ever wanting to leave this company. The best part is that you really are working towards a greater good in helping people all around the world connect and come closer together through an online community (even if you aren't directly on the engineering/product side - somebody has to make sure the lights can afford to stay on). Everybody is crazy smart, and each employee is cherry picked to make sure they have the right personality to fit in with the overall culture. Perks are great (vacation time, unlimited food and drinks, gym subsidizes), but what makes this job great is your ability to fail and learn from your mistakes without feeling like you truly failed. A lot of flexibility in terms of career projection based on your passions, skills and interests. Ability to control worklife balance so you don't feel stressed out and overworked.
Cons
Not all managers are created equally, and there are some that I know I wouldn't mesh with - but Upper management seems to know what they're doing when they assign teams because I haven't had any issues with my own supervisors.
