      Pros

      Very nice environment, friendly collegues. The company is well referenced in Finance, and the salary is correct

      Cons

      Salary increment is limited, no bonus, and prime of vacance is actually part of your actual salary

      Pros

      Good managing over the consultants, very nice follow to their consultants and clients. Good payment. The company is open to discuss with you and propose what they can do for the employees. Not hard to find a wanted mission. Opportunity for training paid by the company. Still growing fast.

      Cons

      Please make the internal training more regular and develop more partnership with other software vendors. A poor CE.

      Great company culture / atmosphere. Above market compensation / benefits. Organization of networking and after-work events. Organization of seminars and trainings for specific skill development. Close follow-up of consultants' day-to-day and specific needs.
