Pros

It gives you a chance to gain experience communicating with customers. Great co-workers, very helpful and entertaining despite fast pace job. Most managers were great and friendly.

Cons

I worked near an outlet strip mall, so very busy during weekends and holidays. Very fast pace job. Low pay, but the norm for this type of job.

Pros

Easy to get the job, easy clock-in, clock-out, successful company, other than these things I can't think of many good things to say about working here.

Cons

There's four or five managers. None of them can handle anything. I am 17 and was when I worked there and the managers were a year or two older than me. They are constantly flustered when the restaurant gets busy or customers are complaining. You never get an opportunity to talk to them about anything because they are always running around. My trainer decided to not show up to work after my first day. Did not sign my work permit. Scheduled me so much to the point I was working the same amount as my full-time working parents. Do not respect availability.
