      Pros

      the pay, the people i worked with acting like family and very nice managers, plus u get all the vacation time paid upfront once you start working for them.

      Cons

      the store hours was very late and sometimes the store would stay an extra half hour open just to make their quota for the day.

      -marketing of global power brands -open floor office design contributes to open communication at all level of management -Everybody has a cube, even the president

      Cons

      -loose touch with the realities of managing public companies (SEC reporting nonexistent, etc...)

      Pros

      Bright people, good business performance (even during economic downtimes), good pay and benefits. Open culture.

      Cons

      Going through tremendous global change which can be challenging at times. While pay is good, be prepared to carry a diverse and heavy workload. If you are looking for work/life balance, probably not the company for you.
