      Low pay, teams are often overstaffed, overtime is not paid, needs to be used, poor management and leadership.

      7 years back it was a decent company. But now things are getting worse.

      Cons

      No work life balance No employee engagement After the employee resignes, No clarification on settlement amount and no fair compensation after reliving from company and employee has to follow up. No empathy to.employees Company is having major shortening of employees and laying off employees without any reason Lower to senior management is not integrated Please join this company at your own risk
