Very international company, Competitive pay for the industry in the head quarter positions, big campus with an ok restaurant, access to the job market of over 20 Metro countries worldwide

Cons

Not really competitive pay to other industries in most bigger cities in Germany; constant restructuring; no support from HR regarding development paths
