The place was so horrible that I continued looking for other oportunities and managed to find an ideal job for me in a different company.
Cons
"METRO - Rotterdam Trading Office "is probably the worst place one can work for. Hostile and unpleasant. Altogether, there are about about 30 employees and 10% of them resigns each month. People usually stay there uptil 3 months - I stopped working for them after about 1,5 month. Usually, there are more people leaving than coming. Company culture motto: "shut up and do your work". If you like to be maltreated and hear mean comments and complaints about your colleagues and about yourself, that´s the right place for you.
