Operational Floor Staff can be your only support

Cons

They make you slog and pay not even peanuts Top Management is only interested in show HR is interested in having their little circles and tea parties and not of any benefit to the employees Recognition if you are a boss' pet Employees lack morale

Pros

Outstandigly good benefits (which you get next to your low base salary), the wage is good for student workers, good opportunity for fresh grads to learn and get professional experience

Cons

Employees are not appreciated properly, employee engagement and satisfaction is quite bad, salaries are not following the market, there is not enough space/opportunity for self-development/training, lack of team buildings, annual bonus is quite low, work life balance is quite bad, most of the employees are overwhelmed therefore additional employees would be needed to get hired
