      It's quirky and fun and very unique. The employees are incredibly passionate about the products and the morals and beliefs of the company.

      It's in a constant state of flux.

      Pros

      Learned so much about different types of beauty products and natural ingredients, fun contests were motivating for employees, rewarded with free product and was able to try everything in order to recommend the best products for each customers needs.

      Cons

      Sometimes the work environment was very stressful, especially since the store was very small and there was lots of pressure to make sales and meet high expectations.

      Pros

      Lush is a fun place to work, the products are great and they sell themselves. While we do not have the traditional benefits, we do get a generous discount.

      Cons

      It can be very much like high school, you are expected to do much more than the average sales person, and we do not receive benefits.
