      Underpaid with minimal benefits

      Pros

      *No animal testing on ingredients or finished products *50% discount *flexible with uniform as long as it's black (& a bit of white)

      Cons

      *Poor pay for supervisors/key-holders (I got paid the same amount as other sales assistants even though I was put in charge a lot of the time and did more work) *Bad communication with head office *The company cares a lot about their customers but don't care a lot about the staff.

      Pros

      Great discount, met amazing people, good hours available and the products were easy to sell.

      Cons

      Temporary Employment - Lush are so busy during Christmas so they obviously higher a lot of temporary staff. This isn't a bad thing but it would have been fun to stay with the company longer.

      Company likes to downplay importance of monetary rewards and expects a large and varied amount of work for a wage so low it's un-liveable; poor and difficult-to-obtain benefits; large volume of frequent turnover
