Pros

Working with a great team more like a family. We all take care of each other. Lovely environment to be part of its a pleasure to go to work. Regular training and feedback on performance and we get to try products so we know what we are selling. On the whole lovely customers(mostly) great co workers and fab managers.

Cons

The only challenge I have is the heat within the shopping centre its stuffy and unpleasant. WE work hard for our money minimum LIVING wage would be much appreciated.......

Ethics,discount, meeting huge targets=good monthly bonus !

Cons

How snooty the "down to earth" people are. You must fit into the clique! No benefits, only for full time keyholders and up.

- Energetic atmosphere - Fun people - Freebies! (they want their employees to love their products, so it is in their best interest to have you trying it all out!) - Ethical products

Cons

- Feet hurt! - Lots of training to ensure that you know and understand the products (though you are paid for all of it)
