Pros

Lots of opportunities for development. They focus a lot on training. The company has great ethics. They have great staff incentives and benefits.

Cons

Sometimes communication between corporate and retail shops. Lack of new products is somewhat boring to deal with. Somewhat of a disorganized corporate structure.
