      The products are amazing& actually work. The company gives back a lot, engages both customers and staff in how its products are produced. Managers, supervisors work perfectly in sync.

      Cons

      A lot of products so it will take a short while to fully familiarise self with product knowledge.

      Working in the biggest lush store in the world, it can be very busy All the staff are incredibly welcoming, management are very keen on providing feedback to help you improve 50% discount on products Potential bonus every month I wanted to shed my light on my experiences as there are many negative reviews on this branch but I am loving it so far. Training is provided and is very in depth

      Cons

      It can seem a little daunting to start things off when you don't know a great deal of products, sometimes management can be very strict when it comes to the uniform as greys aren't allowed.
