      Litte Training Given

      Pros

      Great benefits scheme, friendly and understanding staff and management. Pay was brilliant for a part time sales assistant. Nice little freebies of new products.

      Cons

      Very little training was given (more just filling out H&S forms) Was having to train myself in my own time, or by reading labels of the products until I knew my 'script for them'. Do not do internal transfers. If you're relocating, you will have to apply and interview to vacant positions just like every other applicant, regardless of whether you're a current/former employee or not.

      Fun environment, could do with a good commission structure.

      - 50% discount. - Can be a lot of fun. - Freebies. - Pay isn't too bad considering other retail salaries. - Managers are generally understanding of personal problems. - Company has excellent morals.

      Cons

      - No commission structure; if you make the company £200 in a day of selling products, you will earn the same wage as the person who dusts off the bath bomb table.
