      Amazing community to work with. The potential to do anything exists. Support and development is available if you know where to look. Great ethics behind the company and contributions to the world.

      Cons

      Lower rate of pay when compared to similar roles. Repetition of mistakes - slow to learn sometimes from the past Needs to be more focus on infrastructure and working culture

      Great environment, beliefs, and products. I learned so much for here and I feel like it is a family. I am never dreading to go to work.

      Cons

      It does come with a lot of training and memorization. At times it could be stressful when it comes to numbers but then you have a lot of support.
