Pros

- 50% discount - fashion-wise, you can be yourself, as long as it's black & white, tattoos, piercings, accessories allowed

Cons

- at the store that I worked at (Netherlands), the manager was very authoritive, bitchy, moody, and didn't represent the Lush-values everybody at the shop so much likes to talk about. She literally told us to try to force people to buy stuff to reach the target. - at my store, the empty containers that customers would bring in to recycle, were thrown away. No answer to my emails that I would bring them to my local recycle point - 100% flexibility, professionality and enthusiasm is demanded from workers. Yet, emails, questions, i.e. about payment or other important things, were barely answered (I'm estimating maybe 1 in 3) - hierarchic atmosphere between colleagues - focus is 100% on targets, not on the values Lush advertises
