      Pros

      -Amazing family atmosphere among the team -Sincere, enjoyable interactions with customers -Products are fantastic and can be sampled -Training is in depth and creativity is encouraged -Generous discount

      Cons

      -Fairly pushy approach to sales, placing pressure on staff -Staff with big personalities often clashed, resulting in constant workplace drama -Favouritism both at shop level and within the wider company -Large divides between departments (Retail, Manufacturing, IT, etc)

      Pros

      I started my career in Lush as a part-time, and they are very open to feedback, sometimes I saw people leave bad comment of work in Lush, i think they will just tend to hide the problem and spread them on other platform rather then give out a objective feedback to there manager. If you not dare to voice out the problem you concern about, who do you think they will know your concern?

      Cons

      Many spontaneous things happen unexpectedly, need very high flexibility.
