50% staff discount, get to take home goodies when it’s not suitable to sell, smell great all the time. I support their values

Cons

You don’t get much when they ask you for a lot (keeping the high energy and phones/chatting not allowed on shop floor) When need to take sick leave, I was made to take it as unpaid leave, birthday off request was refused by management without valid reasons.
