The 4/10 work schedule and remote work.

Cons

Raises below inflation rate and no actual compensation for good performance. Management is disorganized and they keep doing reorgs that don't work. No job security with layoffs every 6 months For PR employees, you'll receive a fraction of the benefits and pay that your team members in the states receive. Be prepared to feel like a 2nd class employee.
