      Pros

      Career advancement, good benefits, free online professional development courses. Main company is very diversity-friendly.

      Cons

      Site supervisors at customer sites do not follow Lockheed policies, especially in regards to diversity and disabilities.

      Pros

      Flexible work environment. Good benefits.Like to see more options to chose healthcare.

      Cons

      Buddy system. If the PMOs do not like you if give it straight they will gang up on you to eventually get rid of you. Lots of nepotism. People who talk the talk but can not walk the walk running proposals and losing badly. Forced to take LM medical insurance which is more expensive and express scripts prescription are the worst.

      good work life balance, smart people and good managers. challenging environment where you are consistently challenged to learn and broaden horizons

      Cons

      I dont have many cons about this job really. Sure some of the yearly commitments and administrative over head kind of sucks but I think you are going to see this any where.
