Cons

HR is not very negotiable on salary when doing inside job changes or promotions.

Pros

Work Life Balance has good days and bad days. Depending on your team it can be good. Good benefit packages. 401K matching is good. Plenty of areas to grow.

Cons

Too much bureaucracy. Hard to gain technical experience as a young employee when half your work is merely to satisfy process. Get in a bad group, you will be miserable. Culture encourages mid-level leadership to hide failures because help provided is too much.
