Business Outlook
Pros
The company has a really good benefits package. There is much room for growth and they are big on encouraging employees to improve themselves for both their benefit and the company's benefit. Happy people produce more. There is always a new challenge to face and great people to face it with.
Cons
Only real complaint is that the health insurance could be better. $3k deductible for a family is a bit much. I would like it if they allowed OT to be paid more freely. (straight time for us exempt folks) If you are willing to work 60 hours a week, then why not get paid for it when the need is definitely there?
