A dull, boring place to work

Pros

9/80 schedule, generally relaxed environment, flexible schedules allowed as long as you finish your hours, tuition reimbursement, leadership development programs

Cons

Benefits are not great, facilities are old and definitely not as good as Facebook or Google, company does not really care for you as a whole, no efforts in retention nor diversity initiatives. It's a boring place to work. It's comfortable, but you won't be excited to go to work every day and have the opportunity to learn new things. Reluctant to give raises.

Pros

9/80 schedule is great, ability to move within company, job security

Cons

A lot of benefits have been taken away this year. The sick time is a joke now and the health insurance isn't great. Raises aren't high enough. The buildings are all old and need upgrades. The company needs to get more on board with modern practices like telecommuting.

Pros

Flexible work schedule, no micromanagement, better than decent raises (if you are a performer), 3 weeks vacation per year, plus sick time, plus personal business time, on-site medical clinic, great work atmosphere, work culture is one of the best I've worked in, excellent personal space, on-site cafeteria, cafeteria hubs/branches through out the plant, reserved parking spot for 20 year employees/managers, pretty decent benefits (medical, dental, eye), straight pay for salary exempt over hours over 45, high paying salaries, job security/longevity,

Cons

Parking lots saturated with reserved parking for senior employees and managers and parking in one will have your vehicle towed, hours 40-45 are unpaid for salary exempt (these are free hours you give in which LM charges the government for, but supposedly this is what allows them to pay the higher than average salaries), wish the health insurance was a little better, but I hear its better than other company's health insurance. Some systems are outdated/antiquated but that's supposedly the cause of lack of funds or dying contracts.
