Pros

Most organized company I ever worked for, paid on time good benefits... still not worth it

Cons

You have to agree to all of their political stances, Fox news was on EVERYWHERE. If a customer is bombing people , you have to be ok with it and give them assistance. Felt very forced to push the typical corporate ethics in a war business comitting genocide on people. Not worth your soul, I actually felt it leaving several days.

Pros

- 4 day 10 hour week shifts - Flex time availability - Occasional snacks - Friendly co-workers - Lots of room and time to grow in topics you are interested in - Tuition and Cert Reimbursement - Good PTO benefits

Cons

- Hawkish Middle and Upper Management and Heavy Corporate Atmosphere: Particularly be weary of the "Old Guard" these are your 60+ year old SWE Managers at this company. Many are out of touch with the new generation, and will put you under the table if you get in their way. There are some managers that only care about their pension and about those that do favors for them. - Questionable Ethics (please see above) despite the annual survey results that say otherwise. - Lethargic on-boarding process due to goverment restrictions: This is universal throughout the corporation and the defense industry, and gets in the way of the AGILE process. However, team-members try to mitigate it by supporting each other. - Contract switching: If you are new developer, or even experienced you are at some risk to become "loaned-out" to another team that may work in another completely different programming language or stack that you were hired for. They will try not to mention this during the interview, but it all depends on how big of a budget the manager has at the moment they hired you.

Pros

Small company atmosphere, OK commute, growing company. Not much else to say except it is a job.

Cons

Toxic Management. Clock watchers, you go five min over lunch, they call you out. Overworked employees, so many mistakes being rushed and managers point blame on others and ridiculous cluttered and not easy to work in space, So noisy! Political atmosphere! Unqualified people being promoted in management and long term employed very good and personable people with so much knowledge not being promoted. Very disspointing and unfair situation.
