Pros

Great people and interesting work. The company has good benefits. Work time is flexible and everyone is understanding.

Cons

Job hopping is required for advancement and yearly raises are low. The company is so big it feels impersonal and the system controls everything. Experience isn't valued that much.

Pros

Almost everyone i work with is very helpful and always have time for question. Meeting are kept at a minimum. It make working a very pleasant experience. No backstabber or glory hog that i have came accross yet. Everyone on the team pull their weight.

Cons

manager you get assign under is on another program so peer feedback is the only thing they go on at the end of the year. Rating is on a bell curve so only 30% will get good rating, and the other 70% get told you done a terrible job.

Pros

Benefits, experience, opportunity, and prestige

Cons

I did not have a good experience with management and it ended up costing me a job. The ethics department along with HR were all buddies so do not expect for them to have your back.
