Good benefits but frustrating tech and support issues

Good benefits, proprietary data that’s hard to compete with, generally pleasant colleagues.

Cons

Busted tech stack - most everything is constantly broken, sales enablement is misunderstood and poorly executed, business development/deal desk/tech support all outsourced to incompetent partners overseas, costing you hours every week to progress deals and close while also servicing your accounts through broken provisioning & billing systems.
