Pros

Great training, a lot of work experience and expertise, good environment and relationships, open minded and sharing the knowledge.

Cons

Values are not followed, poor organization, the human factor is in low levels of care (both customers and employes), the rating of employes is not fare (in many cases).

Pros

the environment for the worker is perfect. the make some games each month or each quarter to try to make the job more funny and then the workers can work better.

Cons

Sometimes the work is very repetitive and a little bit borring if there is not customers.The dress of the workers is a little bit ugly.
