      Pros

      The company is involving really fast but keeps focusing on client's needs and employees' needs. That's really appreciated. They allow home office 2 days a week (from anywhere), offer amazing offices & services. 1hour30 to eat, relax and play with colleagues sometimes ^^ Management really close but letting a lot of autonomy. Some events & afterwork together. Very nice atmosphere to work. International atmosphere. Really nice balance between personal/profesional life.

      Cons

      For the moment, not a lot occasions to evolve in terms of job positions after some years but with the growth and the number of new comers, i'm sure there will be more in the future.

      Pros

      - Evolve in a dynamic and constantly changing environment named Ecommerce - Constantly learning and getting new skills - A robust product, proven by 4 600 clients (internationaly) - A clear vision from CEO and board on where they want to lead Lengow to - Opportunity to discuss and share ideas with everyone to improve what we do, very accessible board members - People : a friendly and human spirit, which I believe is the key to collective performance - Flex office, with possibility to work remotely a few days a week - The work environement in Paris is great : open space, all the advantages of working at Wework, rooftop with a 360° view on Paris

      Cons

      Since we have 3 (and now 4 offices!) it was not easy to catch up as frequently as we are used to do and keep a Team spirit during covid. But we went through it and thankfully we can now see each other again !

      People there are so welcoming and friendly, you just feel lucky to be around such amazing people everyday at work.
