      salary and bonus, good products, great innovation pipeline, great meeting locations, great people for the most part

      too inwardly focused, slow to adopt new best practices, unqualified people put into executive leadership positions over functional areas they have no clue how to advance, professional staff is afraid to speak up and offer new ideas out of fear of retribution,.

      Located conveniently by my home .

      Cons

      Pay rate , they treat employees terrible and there's no room for advancements in company . I was harassed by a female trainer for 5 months and then asked to write a statement on Her that would've done no good to keep my job .
