We do evaluate performance in a number of ways. We do midyear reviews, year-end reviews, and annual Talent Reviews to ensure performance standards are met. In addition, we just completed an engagement survey and are giving people managers individualized feedback reports, while expecting them to share their results with their team and take action against their results.
