      Thought it was good but slowly went downhill

      Pros

      - If you are in the right department or program there is a lot of learning opportunities. -Great for an entry level company

      Cons

      - HR is very disorganized. I was never added to the employee email list so I never knew about anything going on in the office. My job title was also wrong on everything, even though it was correct on my offer letter, and it was never changed after notifying HR. - There was no room for growth and many dead end jobs. - Very cliquey, if you get on the bad side of the ring leader then you are on everyone’s bad side - don’t value their employees - low pay

      Legrand is acquiring quality companies. Strong financial strength and controls in place. Strong talent pools available in the acquired companies.

      Cons

      Not a meritocracy. Very political. Married to heavy reporting processes. Weak GTM and stifled innovation. Finance running the show. Most acquired companies missing top line targets.
