      Pros

      i am Korean and i was only one person who can't speck Cantonese. I've experienced the worst ...so I am happy for small things now ( happy with my current job:))

      Cons

      Working here was a nightmare that caused me to lose a lot of self-esteem. Whenever I performed well, my boss took credit for it. Whenever I didn't perform well, my boss accused me of being incompetent. The best part of this job was leaving.

      Good culture, good values, focus on corporate responsibility and sustainability. Plenty of opportunity for movement within the company, a strategy focused on growth and acquisition.

      Cons

      Silos, some lack of trust among different business units. Channel conflict. Outdated IT infrastructure, and some policies from Group (French global HQ) don't make sense.
